How do I book a room at Wagyingo Hostels?
You can book a room online through our Residents Portal. Simply log in, browse available rooms, and complete the booking form.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Mobile Money and Bank Transfer. Payment instructions will be provided after your booking is approved.
Can I cancel or edit my booking?
You can edit or cancel your booking while it is pending. Once approved, changes are not allowed. Please contact the administrator for special cases.
Are visitors allowed in the hostel?
Visitors are allowed but must leave the hostel premises by 11pm. Overnight stays are not permitted.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available for all residents. Login details will be provided upon check-in.
What should I do if I have a maintenance issue?
You can report maintenance issues directly through the Residents Portal under the Maintenance section.
Can I cook in my room?
Cooking is not permitted in rooms. Please use the designated kitchen areas provided.
How do I contact hostel management?
You can contact management via the email provided in the Residents Portal or visit the reception during office hours.
What is the check-in and check-out policy?
Check-in is available from the first day of the academic year. Check-out is required within one week after the end of the academic year.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in the hostel premises.
